If you consider yourself as a leader in MLM then you should know that training to your team/group is very, very important. In fact, in MLM we all need more leaders than followers.
Because leaders are the type of prospect that we should talk/present our business. But the opposite is true in the MLM field, we constantly encounter newbie people that have little or no idea about our business.
Before your down lines/business partners become leaders. You must teach them the necessary skills, technique and principles they must learn so that on the long run, they will put it to action/test.
When you successfully develop them they will start leading people.
These are certain qualities that a true MLM leader possess: a true leader has the confidence to stand alone,meaning with or without support by upline they take action. they have a courage to make tough decision, it means that they are willing to act in spite of fear & problem. they are enterprising person, who always find a way to take advantage of the situation.
Always see the future in the present, who thinks positively in an opportunity that seems negative to normal people. Most of all they are not lazy, they are action oriented individuals. And lastly, they don’t wait for the opportunity to come them, they go after it.
If all of the above qualities describe your attitude then it’s no doubt that you are certified MLM leader.
If most of your down lines don’t have the qualities describe above then it’s time for you to teach them.
As an upline in MLM, you are responsible of half of your teams success because you are the source of their knowledge. So if you have an advance training and knowledge good for you. But If you don’t, then its time for you to search something that can help you & your team succeed in MLM.
